Bittersweet Chocolate Fondue

Another recipe I've had for many years.

* 10 oz. bittersweet chocolate
* 1/3 c. heavy cream
* 3 tbsp. liqueur, brandy or rum (optional)

Melt chocolate with cream in double boiler or in microwave. Blend until smooth. Stir in liqueur - or additional 3 tbsp cream.
