INGREDIENTS:
6 pork chops -- boneless
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup White wine
4 ounces mushrooms, canned -- sliced
2 tablespoons tapioca -- quick cooking
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/2 clove garlic -- minced
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Rice
DIRECTIONS:
Place pork chops in slow cooker
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops
Cook on Low 8-10 hours or on High 4.5 - 5 hours
Serve over rice
