Marinade for Chicken

I found this marinade recipe on allrecipes.com, but scaled it back from 32 servings to 8. This will easily do one package of chicken breasts (6-9 breast halves). For OAMC, mix marinade and freeze with the chicken, as the breasts thaw, the marinade soaks right in. Perfect for grilling!

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon finely minced fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, mix together oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir in mustard powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Use to marinate chicken before cooking as desired. The longer you marinate, the more flavor it will have.
